Returns Policy
At Lintels Northwest we strive to provide high quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
Eligibility For Returns
You may return products within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
- Products must not have been installed, used, or modified in any way.
- Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order number, must be provided.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned.
- Special order items (products that were ordered specifically for you).
- Non stocked items.
- Sealed items once the seal has been broken.
Returns Process

- You can return the product to us, or we can arrange to collect the item directly from you within our delivery area. Items collected may incur a collection charge due to carriage costs included in collecting the item, items returned by the customer are free of these charges.
- Out of area customers, please call the office to discuss options.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is inspected and processed.
- Exchanges can be arranged if you prefer to exchange the product for something else. If there’s a price difference, you’ll either be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with details and if possible, photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return and either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Return shipping costs
- For items returned due to a fault or error on our part (e.g. incorrect item shipped) there will be no charge for return shipping.
- For all other returns, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds on carriage costs for returned items, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
