Gap Seal Grey

Ubbink's Ubiflex gap sealant is used for sealing Ubiflex flashings into mortar joints and other hard surfaces.

It works perfectly in conjunction with Ubbink Ubiflex lead-free flashing
Provides the best possible grip over the most amount of time allowing for a level of thermal expansion and contraction to occur in the joints without cracks or splits occuring
Application
Used for sealing Ubiflex flashings into mortar joints and other hard surfaces.

You will also need Ubbink Ubiflex fixing clips when installing lead-free flashings into a mortar joint. The clips hold the Ubiflex in place whilst applying the gap sealant.
If you need to adhere your Ubiflex flashing to tiles, slates, etc, or are looking to overlap joints between Ubiflex, you'll need to use Ubbink Ubiflex high tack sealant (a Ubiflex adhesive).
