Ubbink's Ubiflex high tack sealant is an excellent performing, strong adhesive sealant with a very high grip.
It forms a durable bond to tiles, slates, mortar or brickwork and is ideal for sealing overlaps.

Leaves a completely waterproof seal
Creates a flexible seal between Ubiflex flashings and most surfaces
Application
Apply the high tack sealant to the Ubiflex to provide a strong adhesive.
If you wish to seal mortar joints whilst using Ubiflex, then the high tack sealant will not be suitable. You'll require the Ubbink Ubiflex gap seal.
